黄新林 教授 副院长
| 博士，教授，博士生导师 IEEE高级会员、上海市浦江人才、上海市晨光学者、哈工大优博。分别于2008年、2011年获得哈尔滨工业大学信息与通信工程学科（所在二级学科为国家重点学科）工学硕士、工学博士学位。2010年8月~2011年9月，受CSC国家公派留学项目资助，在美国亚拉巴马大学电子与计算机工程系进行联合培养。2010年入选“教育部首届博士研究生学术新人奖”；2011年荣获“黑龙江省优秀毕业生”；2011年通过同济大学全球招聘晋升副教授，并担任硕士生导师；2013年入选“哈尔滨工业大学第十五届优秀博士学位论文”；2013年入选“上海市浦江人才计划”；2014年入选“上海市晨光计划”。 |

目前主持的项目有：国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题、国家自然科学基金（青年）、上海市自然科学基金（青年）、上海市浦江人才计划、上海市晨光计划；作为参与人员，承担了“新一代宽带无线移动通信网” 国家科技重大专项。研究方向为：认知无线电网络、机器学习、多媒体传输、MIMO反馈技术、Vector OFDM技术；欢迎热爱学术研究、数学基础较好、对研究方向感兴趣的同学保送或报考硕士研究生。
