主讲人简介:

汪少波,华为无线RAN研究部部长,无线通信领域的顶级专家。2000年浙江学大学毕业后加入华为;2000-2008年,承担3G UTMS系统基带接收机算法设计工作;2008年开始负责华为无线物理层算法研究工作,承担GSMUMTSLTE5G NR系统的物理层算法和RRM算法研究工作,为华为在GSMUMTSLTE5G NR的物理层及Low-MAC算法及网络性能竞争力奠定基础;面对产业环境的变化和技术创新需求,2017年开始负责无线接入网络研究部工作,贴近业界和技术前沿,从事无线空口调制、波形、多址、编码、多天线、RAN网络架构等领域的研究,在eMBBuRLLCmMTC和通信AI5G业务使能上,通过关键技术储备和基本专利为华为无线产品商业成功保驾护航。

Mr. Wang joined Huawei in 2000 after graduation from Zhejiang University. From 2000 to 2008, he worked on baseband receiver algorithms design for 3G UTMS systems. After 2008, he was in charge of Huawei’s wireless PHY algorithms research, and worked on PHY algorithms and RRM algorithms for GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G NR systems. His work paved the way for Huawei’s leading position in PHY and Low-MAC algorithms and network performance in GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G NR systems. Since 2017, Mr. Wang has started leading Huawei’s Wireless RAN Research Department, and worked on cutting-edge research in radio access, modulation, waveform, multiple access, coding, MIMO technologies, and RAN architecture design. His work has provided strong supports to Huawei’s business, through key technology innovations and patents in 5G eMBB, uRLLC, mMTC, and communication AI solutions.

移动通信经历了30年的飞速发展,从最初的大哥大到影响人们生活的智能手机,极大丰富了人类的沟通和生活。5G商用在即,无线通信将在传统移动网络的基础上,提供更为快捷的网络,更好地网络体验,更多的人和物的链接,使人类的生活更为方便。未来,无线通信将进一步深入到人们的日常生活、娱乐以及工作;深入到家庭、工厂、公共场所。本讲座重点介绍无线通信发展的历程,5G通信满足面向“无限世界,无线联接的更深层次需求及其关键技术,展望未来无线通信技术发展趋势。

After 30 years rapid development, mobile devices have evolved from the first-generation large-size mobile handsets to today’s elegant smartphones, and cellular communication technologies have significantly enriched human lives. As 5G approaches commercialization, wireless communications will provide human being with faster network access, better user experience, broader cyber-human linkage, and more convenient life. In the near future, wireless technologies will cover more houses, factories, and public places, and penetrate deeper into our daily life, and entertainment and working activities. After the introduction of the development history of wireless systems, the seminar will introduce the key 5G technologies and how 5G can help realize the concept of “infinite connection in an infinite world.” Future development trends will also be discussed.
