黄新林教授

       IEEE高级会员、上海市浦江人才、上海市晨光学者、哈工大优博。分别于2008年、2011年获得哈尔滨工业大学信息与通信工程学科(所在二级学科为国家重点学科)工学硕士、工学博士学位。20108~20119月,受CSC国家公派留学项目资助,在美国亚拉巴马大学电子与计算机工程系进行联合培养。2010年入选教育部首届博士研究生学术新人奖2011年荣获黑龙江省优秀毕业生2011年通过同济大学全球招聘晋升副教授,并担任硕士生导师;2013年入选哈尔滨工业大学第十五届优秀博士学位论文2013年入选上海市浦江人才计划2014年入选上海市晨光计划。目前主持的项目有:国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题国家自然科学基金(青年)、上海市自然科学基金(青年)、上海市浦江人才计划、上海市晨光计划;作为参与人员,承担了新一代宽带无线移动通信网国家科技重大专项。研究方向为:认知无线电网络、机器学习、多媒体传输、MIMO反馈技术、Vector OFDM技术;欢迎热爱学术研究、数学基础较好、对研究方向感兴趣的同学保送或报考硕士研究生。
