个人简介:
刘明清,同济大学信息与通信工程系助理教授,曾于剑桥大学进行博士后研究(合作导师:Harald Haas, 爱丁堡皇家学会院士, IEEE Fellow, Li-Fi提出者),同济大学计算机科学与技术博士,鲁汶大学联合培养博士,长期从事无线光传能/通信/定位研究工作,共发表期刊论文50余篇、会议论文10余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表IEEE TWC、IEEE TSP、IEEE TVT等中科院一区/二区Top期刊论文12篇,获授权发明专利14项。主持国家自然科学基金委项目1项,入选上海市白玉兰浦江人才计划,并参与国家重点研发计划课题、面上项目等多项。获2024 IEEE WPTCE最佳论文提名奖、贝尔实验室全球学生项目杰出创新奖、上海市优秀毕业生及同济大学优秀博士论文等。担任期刊Electronics 客座编辑、2025年IEEE ICCC Workshop联合主席及2025年IEEE ICOWC分会场主席,在光信息与光网络大会等领域重要会议作邀请报告多次。
